DePelchin believes every child deserves a safe, loving home. Through our foster care and adoption programs, we partner with couples and individuals throughout the State of Texas who can provide temporary care or an adoptive home for children removed from their birth families because of abuse, neglect or abandonment. Many of these children have experienced trauma and desperately need the care and support of a loving foster family and at times, a permanent, loving home.
