CAN is a partnership of governmental, non-profit, private and faith-based organizations which leverage mutual resources to collectively improve social, health, educational and economic opportunities in our community. We do not provide direct services to individuals or families but support efforts that align with CAN's community vision. Specifically, we are safe, just and engaged; our basic needs are met; we are healthy; and we achieve our full potential. We see the work of TICC as critical to meeting our community needs in all of these areas.
