The mission of The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is to improve health and well-being in Texas.  The Case Management for Children and Pregnant Women program is part of DSHS and serves Medicaid eligible clients up to age 21, or high risk pregnant women, who have a health condition/health risk and are in need of case management services.
